3. User Terms

Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use PXN App.
Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information.
Users must provide valid phone numbers and email addresses. The use of temporary emails is strictly prohibited.
Users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to access certain services.
PXN App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords.

4. Vendor Terms

Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for their products or services.
Vendors must fulfill all orders placed through PXN App in a timely and professional manner.
Vendors must ensure that the items handed to delivery agents match the description on their product page.
Vendors are solely responsible for any disputes, refunds, or complaints related to their products.
PXN App reserves the right to delist any vendor found to be selling counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items.
Vendors agree to pay any applicable transaction fees for sales completed on the PXN App platform.

5. Delivery Agent Terms

Delivery agents must verify the accuracy and condition of items before accepting a delivery.
Delivery agents are fully responsible for any loss or damage of items during transit.
Delivery agents must adhere to PXN App’s delivery timelines and service standards.
Delivery agents must not engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
PXN App reserves the right to revoke delivery agent access in cases of misconduct or repeated customer complaints.
Delivery agents must maintain accurate records of deliveries and provide proof of delivery when required.

6. Payments and Fees

PXN App processes payments securely through its digital wallet.
Vendors and delivery agents will receive payments based on the agreed payout schedule.
PXN App may charge transaction and service fees, which will be disclosed before transactions are completed.
Users are responsible for any third-party fees related to bank transfers or withdrawals.

7. Refunds and Disputes

PXN App provides a dispute resolution system for transactions.
Users must report disputes within 48 hours of transaction completion.
PXN App reserves the right to mediate disputes, but final resolutions may be handled between the parties involved.
Refunds are subject to review and approval based on PXN App’s policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users, vendors, and delivery agents must not:

Use PXN App for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
Misrepresent goods or services on the platform.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or transactions.
Engage in activities that could harm PXN App’s reputation or operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

PXN App provides its platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
PXN App is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or user disputes.
PXN App is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

10. Privacy Policy
